Refunds

At Hayward Mercantile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange any product within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We can not refund the price of Shipping or service fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new, unused condition. If the product meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
