18 Year Old Balsamic Vinegar
 
This fabulous balsamic has been carefully aged for 18 years in hardwood barrels. A rich flavor with hints of figs and honey. Drizzle on salads, hard cheese, cured meats, or use in marinades. Terrific on fresh fruit and served or vanilla ice cream. This a very versitle balsmaic and is usallly reccomended as a starting point.
