Shaved from the highest quality black truffles. They are blended with cold pressed EVOO. Cold pressing produces less oil than heat pressing but ensures that the delicate flavors and aromas are not damaged. they are the perfect addition to enhance tasty vegertarian meals. Although the use for the real truffle oils are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
